Denver Leadership Experience
The Denver Leadership Experience (DLX) is an award-winning leadership development program aimed at refining the skills of experienced leaders and empowering them to reach greater heights both professionally and personally. Grounded in the Daniels Leadership Model, DLX emphasizes personal growth as the foundation of effective leadership. Through five-days of immersive learning, senior leaders fine-tune their strategic mindset, flex their critical thinking skills, and explore new methods to build and manage high-performing teams.
