Traveling, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and attending my daughter’s gymnastics events
Where did/are you working prior to starting your PhD?
I have been gainfully employed in the oil and gas industry for 15 years, where I have held various senior-level positions within supply chain.
What is your favorite thing around Denver?
My favorite thing to do while in Denver is go to the mountains when it is snowing. Absolutely love the snow in Denver!
Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
Self-fulfillment, professional growth, career advancement and the ability to transition into academia full time.
Why did you choose to get your PhD from the Daniels College of Business?
I chose to pursue my PhD from the Daniels College of Business because of its AACSB accreditation, the structure of the program and DU’s reputation.
What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
My dream job is to transition into academia full time and become a consultant for organizations trying to restructure their supply chain department.
