Where did/are you working prior to starting your PhD?
20+ years in various technology leadership roles with Adobe, IBM and Lockheed-Martin. Former U.S. Army officer.

What is your favorite thing around Denver?
The Great American Beer Festival

Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
I want to apply my background in technology management with applied research in the areas of Organizational Design, ultimately transitioning into academia full-time.

Why did you choose to get your PhD from the Daniels College of Business?
I chose Daniels because of the program’s focus on pairing industry experience with academic research. 

What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
Teaching technology innovation management at the university level.
