Join us for a transformative roundtable event that discusses the crucial art of establishing healthy energetic boundaries, especially in the dynamic and often complex world of family businesses.
In this session, we’ll dive into why maintaining clear and balanced boundaries is essential for both personal well-being and business success. We’ll tackle the unique challenges of feeling emotionally entangled with family members, where the lines between personal and professional often blur, and help you recognize how this can lead to burnout, confusion, and decision-making paralysis. You’ll learn how to reclaim your energy, honor both yourself and others, and build the clarity needed to thrive—both in your business and in your relationships.
This Roundtable, led by 6th generation family business CEO Anne Bauer, invites you to rethink your approach with an empowered mindset. Using practical tools and personal reflection exercises, you’ll start developing a deeper understanding of your own energy, what triggers disruptions in your space, and how to reclaim your agency without feeling guilty or selfish.
Whether you’re the founder of a family business or navigating the complexities of working alongside loved ones, you’ll leave with concrete strategies to create boundaries that feel both grounded and flexible—enabling you to love and respect yourself while maintaining healthy, supportive relationships with everyone around you.
