I’m a mountain girl at heart who loves being outside, whether I’m riding my road bike or taking a quiet walk with my dog. I’m also an avid audiobook listener and deeply passionate about civic engagement, community involvement, and contributing to causes that help our communities thrive.

Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
I’m pursuing my PhD to deepen my understanding of how leadership is developed, sustained, and strengthened across communities, and to turn that insight into practical approaches that help more people lead meaningful change.
Why did you choose to get your PhD from the Daniels College of Business?
I’m pursuing my PhD at the Daniels College of Business because I believe deeply in its mission and in the power of business to create meaningful impact. Daniels has shaped how I think about leadership, community, and possibility, and at this point, crimson and gold truly feels like it’s in my blood.
