Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
I want to continue growing as both a practitioner and a scholar. After years of working in HR and organizational leadership, I’m interested in studying the challenges I see in practice more deeply, contributing research to the field, and eventually teaching at the university level.
Why did you choose to get your PhD from the Daniels College of Business?
The format of the program makes sense for me. I wanted a rigorous PhD program that would allow me to continue working while learning how to conduct meaningful, applied research. Daniels offered the right combination of academic rigor, flexibility, and real-world relevance.
