The Student Success Center (SSC) was created to bring together the people, resources and experiences that help students make the most of their time at Daniels. Instead of navigating separate offices for advising, careers, wellness and engagement, students find support that’s intentionally connected and designed around the full student journey.
From the moment you commit to DU, the SSC is here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
What makes the Student Success Center different
The SSC takes an integrated, relationship-based approach to student support. That means:
A team of experts, not a single office
Students are supported by both an academic advisor and a career coach, working together to help align coursework, experiences, and career goals.
Support that starts early—and continues
Your advisor will reach out to you as soon as you commit to Daniels, with individualized advising and career meetings throughout your time at Daniels—and career support after your graduate.
Connection between classroom and career
Through experiential learning, student organizations, employer engagement, and mentoring, the SSC helps students translate learning into real-world outcomes.
Well-being as a foundation for success
Academic achievement and career preparation are stronger when students feel supported, balanced, and connected. Wellness resources and community-building are core—not peripheral—to the SSC.

The Student Success Center is located in the Daniels College of Business, Suites 255 and 280.

The 4D Experience
The Daniels Student Success Center embodies DU’s 4D Experience within the Daniels College of Business: helping students deepen intellect, build character, pursue purposeful careers, and sustain their well-being.
