Why did you choose Daniels
I chose Daniels because of the phenomenal faculty, staff and unmatched cohort experience. After my first graduate program, I was looking to build a strong connection to my classmates both inside and outside of the classroom. The dedication that Daniels has to building a tight-knit group of students who challenge one another created the exact learning environment I was looking for!
Previous Education
BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a MA in higher education from the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver
Pre-Grad School Experience
I have been working for the last three years as a career advisor here at the University of Denver on the undergraduate advising team in Career & Professional Development. I work with undergraduate students who have majors in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences on a variety of topics including resumes, cover letters, job and internship search, and offer negotiation.
Post Grad School Goal
I’d like to use the MBA to enter into executive-level career coaching to be able to help people in all industries and stages in their career get the most out of their professional life! I am also looking to apply the skills from the program to pivot into leadership roles within higher education and educational policy.
Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy taking Pilates and spin classes, spending time with friends, walking in Wash Park, reading thriller books, volunteering in the community and eating ice cream!
