I am a lifelong learner with a passion for my field. Completing a PhD is the next step in my leadership development journey.

Why did you choose to get your PhD from the Daniels College of Business?
As a double Pioneer (or two-time DU alumna), I love the intellectual vibrancy of this institution and the generosity of its people.

What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
I already have my dream job! As I look to the future, I hope my human capital research bridges the gap between academia and industry, and positions individuals and organizations for success amid constant change.
