Volunteering at local nonprofit organizations, snowboarding, softball, volleyball, hiking, and biking.
Where did/are you working while earning your PhD?
I have been employed in various positions in the space and missile defense industry, where I have held various senior-level positions in both the military and the civil aerospace engineering sector.
Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
To fulfill short-term goal of helping small businesses/nonprofits lead change initiatives and my long-term goals of one day managing a non-profit organization and teaching.

Stellar reputation/research standards, AACSB accreditation and flexible hybrid format.
What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
I look forward to leveraging the knowledge and research methods gleaned from this program to solve complex problems for small businesses and/or nonprofits as a consultant, as well as teach part time at the collegiate level.
