I love to expand my understanding of what really works, based on research, to drive our organizations and communities forward.

The Daniels College of Business brings a strong reputation, and I love being able to attend locally.

What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
After I complete my PhD, I hope to apply my skills to push whatever organization I am a part of forward into making an impact in the community efficiently and effectively. Eventually, I would like to return to teaching, pushing the next leaders to achieve their dreams.
