Meet Your Instructor: Ali Boyd

Ali Boyd is an executive coach, professor, consultant, and speaker specializing in transformative leadership development. She works with senior leaders and teams to drive performance and change, partnering with organizations like Google, Amazon, McKinsey, and the U.S. Foreign Service.

With expertise in coaching, team immersions, experiential learning, and retreats, Ali designs and leads impactful leadership programs. She is a core faculty member in Daniels Executive Education and teaches at the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute.

Her approach is holistic and growth-focused, emphasizing systemic health, tough conversations, and mindfulness. A fifth-generation Coloradan and global collaborator, she balances her work with a passion for the outdoors, aiming to sleep under the stars 30 nights a year.
