What You Can Expect

The mentorship program for mentors at the Franklin L Burns School is designed to be a mutually rewarding and enriching experience.

  1. Kick-off breakfast in fall at DU, fostering a comfortable environment for mentors and mentees to connect on a personal and professional level.
  2.  Throughout the school year, mentors engage in 3-4 regular meetings to share insights and advice from their own career journeys.
  3. Mentors also play a pivotal role in providing networking opportunities, and offering real-world exposure to the industry.

Regular feedback and encouragement contribute to a positive and constructive mentorship dynamic. This holistic approach ensures that mentors contribute meaningfully to the mentees’ growth, creating a supportive environment for both mentor and mentee success.
