INDUSTRY CONNECTION and NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

In conjunction with Daniels Career Services, the Burns School coordinates several company visits on campus each quarter for the purpose of networking and career recruiting.

Company information sessions—Allow companies to connect with the DU student talent base and educate students about the industry. Companies present in a class providing relevance to the course subject, take questions, and potentially sponsor food and bring swag. Interview sign-ups and space can be available.

Post jobs and internships in the Burns Update—The Burns Update is our targeted email newsletter full of department news and events and job postings. It’s the go-to resource for our students and alumni.

Industry panel events—Quarterly speed-meeting networking events featuring alumni and industry partners to bring to campus the full spectrum of career opportunities in real estate and construction management.
