Why did you choose Daniels
I grew up a fan of DU, so I was heavily leaning toward it for college, but at the same time, I saw a lot of amazing opportunities to grow as a businessman and person through Daniels because of the staff and courses that interested me in my search for a program. My journey started here as an undergraduate and, because, I was able to achieve so much in my four years, I decided to further that learning as a graduate student. The MS Marketing program offered core classes like analytics that took my learning from undergrad to the next level, and electives like SEM that drew my attention and ultimately swayed me to stick around for another year.
Previous Education
BSBA in management, and minor in entrepreneurship, Daniels College of Business, 2024
Pre-Grad School Experience
I graduated from Daniels in June of 2024 but for the previous three years and change, I had been building This is Art?, a business that was founded at the end of my freshman year, painting custom shoes.
Post Grad School Goal
Continue building my business and be able to grow it so that more people around the country can represent themselves in a more creative way every day. At the same time, use my degrees to expand into more roles that allow me to learn more about myself and other industries from a management and marketing perspective.
Hobbies
I love watching (college) hockey and playing chess (although I am not that good…yet).
