Victor Dzirasa


Victor is a conscientious, strategic, innovative and intentional thinker. He obtained his MPA/MBA- Executive Development degree from Drake University and holds post-proposal doctoral candidacy from Colorado State University, a PhD in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change. He is an organizational development expert focused on global and ethical management leadership; cross cultural management and leadership; diversity, equity and inclusion leadership; leading organizational change; critical thinking; organizational innovation and strategy advancement; and training and development. He has a passion for maximizing leader capacities and business relationships. Victor focuses on excellence and has helped many students, leaders and organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom and Africa. He has spoken at many conferences in the United States, Africa and Europe and additionally managed and served as a proficient trainer for Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, nonprofits, higher education leadership, and community advocacy organizations.

His experience spans working in varied positions of leadership in organizational development, multicultural and global leadership, financial consulting, international ethics and development, and learning and development. Victor commits his free time volunteering with international nonprofits, scholarly writing, and thriving well in an environment that creates a favorable intersect between research, academia, public scholarship and insights from practice. He enjoys remaining vigilant to both national and global organizational trends and their direct impact on the future of leaders, corporations and nations.
