Further, in the past 12 years, she has completed over $5 billion in transactions locally, nationally and globally.

She has a detailed, proven track record to help companies understand the role of the corporate real estate professional: to assist with the optimization of a commercial real estate portfolio to provide support to the business function that resides in the real estate. In addition, to create the best workplace environment for the employees at the most effective cost to the business unit.

In her tenure, she has worked leading corporate real estate teams for Western Union, VF Corporation, BBVA Bank and CSU STRATA (an affiliated entity of the Colorado State University System). In addition, she operates her consulting company: Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC. In that role she provides subject matter expertise to assist her clients by providing asset management, lease administration, corporate real estate policies and procedures, strategic portfolio optimization, and workplace strategy, and negotiates real estate transactions for those companies’ commercial real estate assets.

Tamara has a high-level strategic acumen in commercial property capital expenses cost analysis, tenant improvement build-out construction, facilities operations and property asset management. She is proficient with negotiating purchase and sale agreements and has detailed knowledge of all lease documents. Further, she has a proven ability to communicate with leaders with detailed business plans, P&L statements and operational budgets, and preparation of pertinent executive-level reports and presentations.

During the time from 1990-2010, Tamara worked as a real estate broker for various developers, investors, and REITs to buy and sell value-add commercial real estate assets. She has worked during three commercial real estate downturns: the S&L crisis of 1990-93, the Great Recession of 2007-09, and the COVID-19 recession.
