Before joining Daniels College of Business, I worked with three top banking Institutions in Malawi: Standard Bank Malawi, FDH Bank and NBS Bank. I have built a solid foundation in customer data analysis, with experience in identifying trends, interpreting customer behavior and deriving actionable insights that enhance business decision-making. My passion lies in leveraging data to drive meaningful strategies and improve customer experiences.
Post Grad School Goal
I am pursuing a master of science degree in business analytics to deepen my expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven strategies. This program equips me with cutting-edge tools and methodologies to further excel in the field so that I help organizations make more informed data-centric decisions.
Hobbies
In my free time, I like playing football, travelling to new places with family and watching football (English Premier League).
