Rand Garbacz
Biography at a Glance
Upon completion of his post graduate-education, Rand Garbacz served several years as a commissioned Army officer assigned to NSC counter-intelligence operations. His civilian career began as a finance analyst at Cummins Engine and progressed in positions of increasing responsibility. He subsequently served in operating and strategic officer positions at Gould, Inc, Pullman, Inc, and FMC Corporation; and, with then as a consulting managing director/partner of Callard-Madden, Braxton Associates, Deloitte Consulting and currently CharterMast Partners. In each of these positions, Garbacz focused on assisting the companies and/or clients to achieve competitive superiority and create superior enterprise value.
