Biography at a Glance

Kyle Cascioli is an accomplished real estate practitioner and part-time adjunct faculty member at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver (DU).

Cascioli’s record of success covers all forms of commercial real estate, including brownfields acquisition and redevelopment. He has experience in repositioning, re-tenanting, and redeveloping functionally obsolete and distressed real estate. He has been solely responsible for transactions exceeding 30 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and residential product, including mobile home communities (MHC) nationwide. Cascioli has also consummated lease and sales transactions in excess of $500 million and sourced debt and equity for many of these transactions.

Academically, Cascioli holds both a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from DU. Furthermore, he taught and published with distinction as a professor of real estate at DU for over 30 years. He co-authored redevelopment case studies on some of his projects that have been used at the University of Denver, the University of Virginia (UVA), New York University (NYU), and the Yale School of Management.
