Kellie Jenkins
Kellie Jenkins is a leadership coach and consultant who brings over 15 years of experience in global professional services firms. She is passionate about working with professionals, especially women, who want to grow in their ability to lead in alignment with their values and unique strengths. She sees her role as a coach to create a trusting relationship, which provides a safe space for clients to discover what matters most in their leadership and take action to bring that to life. From her accounting roots, she brings the structure and accountability needed to create sustainable shifts in mindsets and behaviors that help her clients thrive in all areas of life.
Kellie has lived and worked around the world and has traveled to many developing countries to scope and create transformational leadership programs. She has coached clients in the corporate, public and nonprofit sectors. Originally from Australia, she has a Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado and completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program.
