Jessica Seidlitz

Biography at a Glance

Jessica Seidlitz joined Charles Schwab Investment Management in June 2013 as the Managing Director —Fund Accounting. Additionally, she is the Assistant Treasurer to the Schwab Funds, Laudus Funds and Schwab ETFs. In these roles, she is responsible for the Funds’ accounting policies and oversight of accounting processes. Prior to joining CSIM, Seidlitz was the Vice President of Fund Accounting and Fund Administration, formerly Mutual Fund Controller and Compliance Manager of ICON Advisers, Inc. in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Additionally, she was most recently the Principal Financial Officer/Treasurer of the ICON Funds. Prior, she was a Senior Associate/Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Denver, Colorado.

Seidlitz is a CPA in the State of Colorado and a member of the AICPA and Colorado Society of CPAs. She currently sits on the AICPA’s Investment Company Expert Panel. Seidlitz received her Masters of Accountancy and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver. Jessica is married to her husband, Rick, and has two kids. She is a DU Hockey season ticket holder, a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves to spend time with her family and friends.
