Why did you choose Daniels?
I chose Daniels based on its strong reputation and standing within the community. I had also read about the sailing trip in San Diego, which sounded incredible. This is a unique program with a loyal student and alumni network. The program is intentionally structured to foster connectedness through in-person classes, experiential learning, small cohort size and social events. This is more than an MBA program. Daniels appeals to individuals who want to learn, grow and form life-long connections with classmates and the broader community.
Previous Education
BA in Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
Pre-Grad School Experience
I spent the first 15 years of my career working in marketing across various industries (magazine publishing, telecommunications, media and healthcare) in New York City and Denver. I transitioned into analytics about 10 years ago and currently work for a non-profit healthcare association in business intelligence and strategic planning.
Post Grad School Goal
After graduate school, I would like to continue my executive leadership journey in helping organizations leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and growth. I am motivated to help others and I believe that businesses can do good in society.
Hobbies
All things outdoors: running, hiking, biking, camping and snow sports. I also enjoy reading, photography and trying new restaurants in Denver.
