Helena Karchere
Helena Karchere is the director of the Bailey Program for Family Enterprise. She started her career in marketing and business partnerships and has focused learning and development in the corporate environment for seven years–most recently leading global L&D for Ball Corporation. She spent three years at DU from 2012 to 2015 as marketing and events manager of Career Services and is thrilled to be back on campus.
With a BA in Psychology, an MBA and extensive studies in leadership development and coaching, Helena brings an integrative approach to family enterprise education. Having worked for and with members of her own family, she has personally experienced the dynamics involved and the importance of building a strong, supportive regional hub for this network.
