Clare Huspeni


Biography at a Glance

Clare Huspeni is a transformational and passionate leader, continually striving to raise the bar of excellence in critical service and performance areas. With over 20 years of corporate experience, she has led and created strategies for large-scale contact centers and operations across several industries, including financial services, telecommunications, broadband and cable.

Over the last seven years, Clare has focused on innovative technology initiatives; evolving the client experience through her consulting business, BearDen Consulting; and owning the small business NerdsToGo from 2018 to 2022. As a certified Gallup strengths coach, she mentors team members and individuals, leveraging this experience to expand her leadership capabilities. Clare obtained her BA in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, and her Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of Denver in 2017 (Cohort 66). Additionally, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
