Biography at a Glance

With over a decade of extensive experience across government, private, public, and academic sectors, Mr. Case J. Dent emerges as a distinguished professional. Equipped with graduate certificates and degrees from renowned institutions such as the University of Georgia and Troy University, he presently leads key programs at the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), within the Office of Leadership and Career Development/Management and Administration. Before his current role at ICE, Mr. Dent refined his expertise in managing leadership and learning technology initiatives at the Department of Justice/Bureau of Prisons’ National Institute of Corrections. His remarkable career also features significant positions including Education Associate at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Program Instructor/Project Research Supervisor for the Department of Defense, and Contract Officer Representative (COR) for multimillion-dollar contracts. Mr. Dent’s broad expertise spans cognitive behavior training, learning and performance, and leadership, establishing him as a widely recognized authority. Beyond his professional endeavors, he takes pride in his service as a United States Marine Corps Veteran and enjoys outdoor adventures, sports, volunteering, traveling, and valuable time with family and friends.
