Carl Long

Carl Long is a chief financial officer with more than 20 years of experience in various accounting and financial roles for both public and private companies. In his career, Carl has overseen all aspects of tax, treasury, facilities, procurement, accounting and finance. He has managed small teams as well as groups of 100+ personnel staffed across North America, APAC and EMEA. He has participated in a variety of M&A transactions, including the successful IPO of a Silicon Valley-based semiconductor manufacturer, the go-private of a Colorado software company, and the dual carve-out sale of an international services business.

He started his career in the U.S. Air Force upon graduation from the Air Force Academy, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He also holds an MBA. degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. When time permits, he is an adjunct professor teaching accounting and finance classes at the Daniels College of Business.
