Bonnie Markoff
Bonnie Markoff has a long history in the veterinary industry as both a practicing veterinarian and clinic owner. Bonnie earned her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo and then went to veterinary school at UC Davis. She opened Animal Care Clinic in 1989, just one year out of veterinary school. Animal Care Clinic is an AAHA accredited practice and was named one of their top five hospitals in North America. She earned her specialty certification as a diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in 1996.
Bonnie says that her life purpose is “to seek to help people (including myself) to better see and attain their own potential and to appreciate the potential in others.” She is an avid student of leadership, practice management and team building. She’s also an elite fear-free certified professional. As part of Christian Veterinary Mission, Bonnie has taught servant leadership in the United States and around the world in countries including Mongolia, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana and more. Her hope is to model a fear free approach to all communication—with both animals and people.
