Biography at a Glance

Ben Williams is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Information and Analytics at the Daniels College of Business. His research focuses on combining data sources, specifically blending big data sets with smaller probability samples. He also is interested in text-mining, sports analytics and using statistics for interesting collaborations. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Alyssa and his son Owen, going for long runs, raising the perfect sourdough starter and cooking through his new favorite cookbooks.
