Arkan Haile

Arkan Haile is a lawyer, executive and trusted advisor with extensive high-level legal, financial and business experiences across law firms, public companies, nonprofits and government. As a lawyer, he has represented clients in various sophisticated matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. His executive and advisory roles include cofounding and managing a law firm with offices in Washington, D.C., and New York City, and serving as senior legal officer of public companies, senior economic advisor to Denver Mayor Michael Hancock, and board member of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. Prior to law school, he was a financial analyst. Arkan holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Denver and a JD from the University of Colorado.
