Ari is responsible for the origination, acquisition, finance and legal aspects of Morgan Stonehill’s pipeline. Prior to founding Morgan Stonehill, Ari founded Stonehill Asset Management and Highline Property Group, through which he acquired, transacted, and dispositioned real estate across the mountain west.
Ari graduated from the University of Denver with a master’s degree in business administration with a specialty in real estate finance. He has an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Ari lives in Denver with his wife, Emily, and they enjoy mountain biking, fly fishing and skiing in their free time.
