Alison Wolfe
Alison Wolfe, VP, Product Manager at Empower, has played a pivotal role in shaping client experiences across various sectors. Her journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University, which led her to embrace consumer marketing and product management roles at notable companies like Clorox and The Gap in San Francisco. Wolfe’s career trajectory took a significant turn upon her relocation to Denver, where she excelled in database marketing at MCI (now Verizon), and further honed her expertise in adoption and engagement at Charles Schwab, before making a substantial impact at Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley, she spearheaded the Voice of the Client (VOC) program within Morgan Stanley at Work, focusing on enhancing programs, platforms, and services for employees of clients such as Uber, Google, and Amazon. Wolfe’s passion lies in simplifying experiences, devising thoughtful strategies, and delivering award-winning creative solutions, all while aiding others in achieving their goals. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys mountain climbing, indulging in the simple pleasure of smelling daisies, and sharing laughter with her three adult children.
