Ravee Dave has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, cultivating expertise across diverse areas such as commercial brokerage, economic development, debt financing, asset management and development. Through Yankee Capital Partners and his family office, Ravee has adeptly executed real estate transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million, encompassing ground-up industrial development, hotels, value-added multifamily properties and office spaces.

Commencing his career as a lead commercial broker in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Ravee played a pivotal role in brokering deals totaling over $300 million. He also initiated a lucrative workforce housing fund to provide housing solutions for healthcare and education professionals.

Upon returning to the United States and post-graduate school, Ravee contributed significantly to a middle-market private balance sheet lender, where he played a crucial role in originating over $250 million in loans. Subsequently, he transitioned to becoming an owner/operator of multifamily apartments.

Since 2016, Ravee has dedicated his efforts exclusively to managing multifamily assets at Yankee Capital Partners and, more recently, car wash developments in the Sun Belt. In this capacity, he spearheads implementing innovative value-added strategies, aiming to minimize risk and maximize generational wealth for stakeholders.

Ravee holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His commitment to education and industry advancement is evident through his role on the board of trustees of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver.
