The Daniels College of Business is ranked No. 45 in the latest results from Poets&Quants
The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business has once again been recognized as one of the top undergraduate programs in the United States. Poets&Quants ranked Daniels No. 45 in its annual list of best undergraduate business schools. Daniels is the only school in the state of Colorado to make the list.
“We are honored to be recognized, once again, as one of the top business schools in the nation,” said Vivek Choudhury, dean of the Daniels College of Business. “We are proud of our innovative curriculum, world-class facilities and business-savvy faculty, all of which prepare our students for a lifetime of personal and professional success.”
When evaluating schools, Poets&Quants considers three core issues: the quality of a program’s incoming students, their view of the academic experience and the career outcomes graduates achieve. The publication’s methodology leans on admissions data and surveys of alumni.
Daniels offers eight undergraduate majors and 13 minors that cover the full spectrum of traditional business fields, as well as more specialized, industry-specific programs. All of them feature rigorous coursework and hands-on experiences that are continually updated to reflect current business practices.
“Traditional classroom learning is only part of the equation at Daniels,” said Scott Toney, associate dean for undergraduate programs. “We also seek to develop each student’s ethical compass, life skills and professionalism so they’re ready to make a positive difference in their careers, their communities and beyond. We are proud of the education our students receive at Daniels and even more proud of what they achieve post-graduation.”
Just a few months ago, in November 2023, Poets&Quants ranked Daniels at No. 30 in its list of top online MBA programs.
