The University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business has once again been recognized as a top tier global business school by CEO Magazine.
In CEO Magazine’s 2025 Global MBA Rankings, Daniels maintained its Tier One status. The Executive MBA program ranked No. 17 globally and No. 4 in North America. The College’s Online MBA is ranked No. 26 globally and No. 5 in North America.
“At Daniels, we believe global business experiences are transformative,” said Naomi Boyd, dean of the Daniels College of Business. “We place value in international immersions and a globally minded curriculum, ensuring our MBA students enter the business world ready to make a lasting impact.”
Across all MBA programs at Daniels, students have the opportunity to learn business lessons outside of the classroom and outside of the United States. Past MBA cohorts have traveled to Chile, Singapore, South Africa, Morocco, Italy and Japan. Some of the best learning happens outside of the classroom, as Daniels students meet with business leaders and learn about different cultures on their international immersions.
International education is a pillar of the Daniels Executive MBA program, as more than 1,000 students have visited nearly 100 countries over the last three decades. For many, these global trips serve as the highlight of their degree program.
“The Daniels Executive MBA stands apart as a transformational experience designed for seasoned professionals ready to elevate their leadership,” said EMBA Executive Director Jenny Dobmeier. “Our curriculum tackles the real-world challenges that executives face to develop strategic thinkers ready to lead organizations in today’s dynamic, global environment. The magic is in our focus on experiential learning, a powerful in-person cohort model, and faculty who are deeply connected to industry to enhance your perspective and strengthen your professional network.”
CEO Magazine has been showcasing top business schools from around the globe since it first launched in 2008. In 2012, it published its annual Global MBA Rankings, profiling MBA, Executive MBA and Online MBA programs. This year, CEO Magazine ranked data from 153 schools, offering 309 different programs in 24 countries. This was the largest group of participating business schools since the inception of CEO Magazine’s rankings.
The ranking methodology is weighted toward fact-based criteria, aimed at providing potential students with a performance benchmark for those schools under review. Factors part of the calculation include the quality of faculty, class size, international diversity, international exposure, gender parity and professional development.
