Which will make you sweat more: the presentation or the powder?

Each year the Daniels College of Business hosts teams from around the country in a premier business ethics case competition and alpine ski challenge rolled into one.

Congratulations to the 2019 Race & Case winning team from the University of Chicago! This year, teams tackled an ethical business case for Western Union, the world’s largest money transfer company, addressing potential areas of growth for the company while taking into consideration the ethical dilemmas that might be involved. Teams from around the world presented a variety of solutions to a judges panel comprised of local business and non-profit leaders as well as executives from Western Union. Here were our top three winners for 2019, who took home a total prize pool of $10,000:

Day 2: Ski/Snowboard Race in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains

International Competition Program Fees

Program fees include lodging, mountain passes, most meals and transportation during the competition. Teams will be responsible for airfare, ski/board rental and transportation to/from the airport in Denver.
