When Aidan Routzon came to Daniels for his master`s degree, he saw AI as an opportunity into a fast-changing field. Now, he develops AI-driven strategies at RingCentral that make work easier for employees.

His path started in Andrew Schnackenberg`s Leading Self course, where a guest speaker, Tony Gorski, became his mentor. Gorski offered him an AI implementation internship at his company, UVConcepts, which gave Aidan the hands-on experience that helped him land his role at RingCentral.

Danny Stevinson wasn`t having luck with job applications at the start of his senior year, but after meeting with Daniels Career Services, he`s now helping United Launch Alliance (@ulalaunch) keep rocket missions on schedule and on budget.

The turning point? A career fair. His advisors from the Student Success Center helped him prepare, and he left with a paid internship lead at Denver International Airport.

"If I hadn`t gotten that advice from Lynn Rooney, I wouldn`t have done things as well as I did," Stevinson said.

From there, a job posting for a schedule analyst role at United Launch Alliance caught his eye. He reached out to his professor for guidance, walked into the interview ready and got the job.
