Neil Johnson Yuan

Neil is an audit partner in KPMG’s Denver office. Since joining KPMG in 2005, he has led large, complex, multinational audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of industries and companies. He also serves as the lead recruiting partner for the University of Denver.

Neil has held several leadership roles within KPMG, including in the firm’s Department of Professional Practice in New York, where he provided technical support to audit teams on complex accounting, SEC, PCAOB and financial reporting matters. He also contributed to key firm publications focused on accounting standards and audit quality. Internationally, Neil spent nine years with KPMG member firms in the UK, Hungary and Ireland, serving some of the firm’s largest global clients.

Neil is a graduate of the University of Denver (BAcc 2005, MAcc 2005) and a licensed CPA in Colorado and New York.
