Peter R. Gleason, Managing Director & CFO, NACD - Board Leadership in a New Environment
New regulation and legislation could dramatically change the dynamics in the boardroom and realign the relationships among boards, CEOs and shareowners. The fallout from the financial and economic crisis has bolstered a push for more shareowner power in the boardroom and greater accountability for directors. What do you need to know?
