Tracie Sheppard has over 15 years of experience in leading corporate strategic design, program implementations, fundraising and development efforts, and change management teams across financial services, nonprofits, and service delivery industries. With a proven track record of leading large matrixed teams to create new strategy and to exceed their KPI, Tracie has become a trusted change catalyst across multiple Fortune 200 companies.
Having received her Executive MBA from the University of Denver in 2017, Tracie currently supports Wells Fargo’s Corporate Properties Group as a strategic initiatives consultant. She leads corporate sustainability initiatives, expense management initiatives and line of business integrations and is passionate about creating strategies that are customer-driven; versus process-driven.
A native of Denver, Tracie first graduated from the University of Denver in 2002 with her BSBA in International Business. Tracie discovered her passion for community impact and volunteerism while serving the non-profit Kempe Foundation as their vice president of development. Her passion for philanthropy and community development flourished, and even after returning to the corporate sector, philanthropy and volunteering in the community remain critical components to Tracie’s daily life.
