Tracie Sheppard

Tracie Sheppard is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience driving corporate strategy and transformation across Fortune 200 companies in financial services, non-profits, the built environment and service industries. Recognized for her ability to execute data-driven strategies that fuel growth and operational excellence, she has built and led high-performing teams in complex, highly regulated environments.

Tracie’s leadership spans pivotal roles, including managing Invesco Private Capital’s $303 million Emerging Manager Fund, launching DISH Cares at Dish Network and leading customer experience initiatives within AML Compliance at Western Union. At Wells Fargo, she spearheaded enterprise-wide workplace transformation and career mobility programs, most recently enhancing the workplace experience for approximately 100,000 employees in the Chief Operating Office.

Now serving as head of operations and customer strategy for Hillview Custom Renovations, Tracie is focused on expanding the boutique residential design-build firm across Colorado and the West. A University of Denver alumna (BSBA, Executive MBA), she remains deeply engaged with her alma mater as a past chair of the Alumni Council, a business school advisor and an adjunct professor. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping in the Rockies with her husband, two daughters and their four pets—and finds inspiration in home renovation projects.
