Why did you choose Daniels

As an employee at DU, I began seeking out a master’s degree to expand my career with more leadership opportunities within higher education, an industry I am passionate about. The Daniels MBA program was the best fit to “fill in the gaps” from my creative undergraduate degree and post-grad experience and provided the opportunity to develop as a leader within the higher ed space.

Previous Education

BA in design studies from North Carolina State University

Pre-Grad School Experience

My experience in pre-grad school has been primarily in project and program coordination. I initially worked in the interior design space, coordinating residential and commercial projects, then had a quick bout in sales before pivoting into higher education.

Post Grad School Goal

My goal is to leverage my MBA to move up in the higher education world, continuing with program and project management that highlights my passion for creating meaningful, people-centered experiences.

Hobbies

Traveling, running, skiing, reading, sipping local coffee and spending quality time with loved ones (and my two beloved cats!).
