Stevie Tuck is the founder and owner of Tuck Development, a general contracting company specializing in high-end spec and custom homes in multiple Colorado markets. Before moving into development and general contracting, Stevie built a successful career as a commodities broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange, bringing a sharp analytical edge and disciplined decision-making to the company’s approach.

Tuck Development was born from Stevie’s passion for problem-solving and his drive to turn complexity into creation. As he often says, “If I don’t have multiple complex problems to solve, I’ll create them. I need it.”

Custom homebuilding and high-end construction demands precision, coordination and trust. Stevie found his purpose in building and leading teams through that challenge. What began as a pursuit of craftsmanship grew into a mission to build both exceptional homes and exceptional people.

At Tuck Development, Stevie has built a culture rooted in service, integrity, transparency, quality and collaboration. His company creates an environment where talent flourishes, teams thrive and extraordinary spaces come to life.

Stevie and Tuck Development have sustained consistent growth since the company’s inception, currently managing $20—$25 million in construction per year with a team of 11 across Denver, its surrounding areas and the Fraser Valley.

In addition to operating Tuck Development, Stevie has also been involved in multiple land development deals in the Northern Nevada market. His responsibilities in that capacity included capital raising, corporate structure formation, team building and management of the entitlement execution for over 1000 multi-family units and single-family homes.

Stevie and Tuck Development are members of the Home Builders Association, Custom Builders and Remodelers Council, Better Business Bureau and now a proud member of the Burns School Advisory Board.
