Pei-Jou received her PhD in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010, and she served as an assistant professor at the University of New Hampshire from 2010 to 2015. She has taught a variety of hospitality management courses and currently teaches Exploring Hospitality Management, Managing a Restaurant Business, and International Food & Culture courses at Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management.
