Marcianne "Marci" Jenkins

After nearly 30 years in consulting–leading IT strategy, operations and global delivery at firms like Avanade and Accenture–Marci now channels her executive experience into motivational speaking and purpose-driven advocacy. She serves on the Daniels Employer Advisory Council (DEAC), is a trustee for the USA Triathlon Foundation, co-founded Cold Cap Advocacy Denver and lends her voice as a color commentator for NCAA women’s gymnastics.

Marci is passionate about the intersection of technology and business strategy, with a special love for Microsoft innovations including the M365 Platform and Generative AI and Copilot. She champions women in tech, empowers college athletes through NIL strategy and helps students align their strengths and passions with meaningful career paths.

A breast cancer survivor, Marci brings grit, grace and heart to everything she does. She lives in Denver with her husband Chad, teenage sons Mixon and Afton and their miniature schnauzer Bella. Her favorite escapes include skiing, triathlons, live music and discovering new corners of the world.

She believes in the power of mentorship, storytelling and showing up with strategy, soul and a smile.
