Why did you choose Daniels?

I am lifelong learner, which is why I chose the Denver MBA at Daniels to develop strategic management skills, explore sustainable supply chain studies and the core business challenges in entrepreneurship, social good, corporate and global challenges, and engage in leadership capstone, preparing me for leadership roles in operations, supply chain and consulting, with real-world projects and interactions with business leaders. This program is the launchpad to the next phase in my career journey.

Previous Education

I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in logistics and supply chain management from the University of Science and Technology, and an associate degree in purchasing and supply from Koforidua Technical University.

Pre-Grad School Experience

With over 10 years of working experience in the supply chain ecosystem, I have had the opportunity to work as a store and warehousing officer with the National Disaster Management Organization, and Coca-Cola Beverages Africa as the materials replenishment planning controller.

In my final role as director of operations at Zippy Courier Delivery, a subsidiary of Leapfrog Technologies Company Limited, I led a team dedicated to operational resilience, customer satisfaction and business sustainability at the intersection of technology to deliver non-perishable packages with EVs. I am passionate about building supply chains that are smart, scalable, sustainable and people-focused.

Post Grad School Goal

My postgrad MBA goal is to transition into strategic management roles in manufacturing, health care, mining and the final mile delivery ecosystem, and leveraging my acquired expertise in leadership and strategic management skills to drive efficiency and business growth globally. Additionally, I aim to build a consulting firm that helps startups scale sustainably with cutting-edge innovations, while giving back to the community through our nonprofit organization, fostering positive social impact.

Hobbies

I enjoy volunteerism, road trips, sightseeing and spending quality time with family and friends. I also enjoy sports (volleyball, table tennis and football).
