Marketing Manager
The Hub

Lydia is a Marketing Manager at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, where she supports The Hub and its affiliated programs through strategic marketing and communications. In this role, she partners with internal and external-facing organizations to strengthen visibility, advance goals and expand impact.

She brings extensive experience in digital marketing, social media strategy and copywriting, developed through roles at a local marketing agency and as head of marketing and e-commerce for her family’s third-generation business. Growing up in a 58-year-old family-owned flower shop and greenhouse sparked her early interest in marketing, where conversations about strategy and customer experience were part of everyday life.

Lydia earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Denver in 2018, with minors in entrepreneurship and ethics and legal studies. She has proudly served as a board member and mentor for the Daniels Ethics Fellowship since 2019.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys cooking, floral design and skiing with her husband—an interest that brought her from Minnesota to Colorado and inspired her decision to attend DU as an undergraduate.
