Kevin Graham (BSAcc 1985) is the managing partner and chief operating officer of East West Hospitality (EWH), a leading provider of hospitality management services with a diverse portfolio across renowned destinations in Colorado, South Carolina, Utah, California and Hawaii. In his role, Kevin oversees all operations at EWH, including resort properties in the Vail Valley, Aspen/Snowmass, Summit County, Deer Valley, the Greater Charleston area and the Big Island of Hawaii, as well as urban properties managed by East West Urban Management in Denver. He is dedicated to ensuring excellence, continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery and property management.

Kevin graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1985. He began his career in public accounting, gaining valuable experience with clients such as the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge. Transitioning into hospitality management, he served as a financial controller at Village Resorts, overseeing properties in Breckenridge, Colorado, and Palm Springs, California. His career took a significant turn when he moved to Kauai to become the controller at Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Poipu Beach, eventually taking on an operations role as the resident manager. During his eight years on Kauai, he played a crucial role in rebuilding and reopening resort properties on both the north and south shores following Hurricane Iniki, working for Village Resorts and later for Castle Resorts.

In 1996, after returning to the mainland, Kevin joined EWH as the director of business development, leveraging his accounting and operations expertise to acquire and onboard additional property management companies. His efforts contributed to the expansion of operations in Aspen, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Steamboat Springs, Park City, and Hilton Head Island and Charleston. He later became executive vice president of operations, managing resort properties developed by EWH’s sister company, East West Partners, at the Village at Northstar in Lake Tahoe, California, and the Old Greenwood and Gray’s Crossing Golf communities in Truckee, California, where he established a hospitality division to manage these communities.

With nearly 30 years at EWH, Kevin has significantly influenced the company’s strategic direction and operational success alongside fellow members of the EWH executive committee. He divides his time between Reno, Nevada, where he resides, and his offices in Truckee, California, and Avon, Colorado, dedicating considerable time to each location every month.

Kevin lives with his wife, Anocha, who is originally from Bangkok, Thailand, and their golden retriever, Ramble. He enjoys hiking, snow skiing, paddleboarding, and attending music shows and festivals.
