Biography at a Glance

Keith Galante is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Texas) with more than 20 years of professional experience. Galante founded Paragon in 2003, and his experience prior to Paragon includes segment controller, financial and operational auditor, corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, process reengineering, and project management. Galante has held professional positions at Qwest, USWest/MediaOne, Dell Computers and Citicorp.

Galante has worked with various organizations designing and implementing inventory controls, to assist with valuations—standard and direct costs—over under absorption to ensure standards accurately reflect costs, as well as other inventory areas: PO process, vendor approval, receiving, shipping, among others.  

Galante is leading SOX compliance efforts for an oil & gas company, has served as Chief Audit Executive for several of Paragon’s clients, including a $2+ Billion publicly traded manufacturing company (client for 11 consecutive years), and a large national not-for-profit. He is overseeing and performing final reviews for outsourced internal audit function for two mid-sized publicly traded mining companies. He has also overseen numerous internal audit, risk assessment and consulting engagements for organizations across various industries, including oil and gas and mining.
