Josh Leen

Josh Leen is the director of operations for Swinerton in Colorado. Swinerton is an industry leader in commercial construction with offices nationwide. He is responsible for supporting internal growth by creating more opportunities for employees that enhance the team’s development, ensuring project teams deliver high-quality service to clients and partners, and ensuring operations run smoothly and align with the company’s long-term goals.

As director of operations, Josh works directly with the operation managers and market leads, overseeing project-level finances, organizational development, talent management, operational monitoring, long-term business planning and business development. Josh started with Swinerton in 2008 and has held various positions with the company. He has supported the Colorado Division for the last eight years. Since this time, Josh has influenced significant change in the division, including the growth of self-perform and the strength of Swinerton’s self-performed talent. Josh holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.
