Jeff Dean

Jeff Dean is senior vice president at Mark IV Capital, where he leads the company’s operations and strategic growth across Colorado. Based in the Denver metropolitan area, Jeff manages a regional team and oversees the acquisition, development, entitlement and asset management of industrial and office projects.

Prior to joining Mark IV Capital, Jeff served as chief investment officer at INDUSTRY, where he led leasing and growth strategies for a $500 million hybrid office portfolio nationwide. He also held a leadership role at IBC Holdings, where he was involved in the acquisition, entitlement, leasing and development of commercial assets totaling over $135 million across multiple states.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from California State University, Chico and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He remains actively engaged in the real estate and business community in Colorado.
